Our Story
Culturally Familiar Adult Day Health Care
AZ Healthcare Group LLC is a licensed Adult Day Health program opening in Mesa, Arizona this October. We built our program around a simple idea: a day away from home should still feel safe, joyful, and familiar for your loved one, and for you.
We're open to everyone, with a special focus on serving Indian and South Asian families in a way that feels culturally familiar. Our staff speak English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Every participant begins with an individual assessment, so their care plan reflects their needs from day one, with health monitoring, dementia-aware supervision, and meaningful daily activity built in.
